TOEFL Mini Practice

By downloading, accessing, or using the TOEFL Mini Practice mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

TOEFL Mini Practice is a practice and preparation application designed to help users improve their English skills for the TOEFL® exam through short, timed practice sessions and AI-based feedback.

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by ETS (Educational Testing Service). TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS. All scores and feedback provided by this App are unofficial estimates intended for practice purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. No Account Requirement

Currently, the App does not require account registration. All usage is anonymous unless future versions introduce optional sign-in features.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are shown before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google refund policies. We do not process manual refunds.

5. AI-Based Feedback Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze writing responses and speaking recordings.

• AI feedback may not be 100% accurate
• Scores are estimates, not official TOEFL scores
• Feedback is for guidance only

6. User Content

When using Writing or Speaking features, you may submit text responses and voice recordings.

6.1 Usage of Content

Submitted content is used only for generating feedback, improving user experience, and app performance analysis.

6.2 Storage

User responses may be stored temporarily for processing and quality improvement, then deleted or anonymized. We do not sell user content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, design, branding, and feedback logic, is the property of AppTrait Solutions / Dipen Patel and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer the App
• Do not exploit scoring or feedback logic
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt systems or servers

9. No Guarantee of Results

Using this App does not guarantee TOEFL score improvement, university admission, or visa approval. Results depend on individual effort and many external factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for exam outcomes, indirect damages, or losses arising from use of the App.

11. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
